Ageing 70% of the batch was aged on French oak barrels (80%) and American oak barrels (20%), both of extrafine grain, for a period of 8 months. The remaining 30% was aged in a stainless steel vat. The wine was not stabilized before bottling so as not to affect its evolution potential, thus a slight natural deposit may form in the bottle.
